Domain Seller, operated by Mind Joker, shows a "for sale" page with a contact form on domains you connect, and forwards inquiries from interested buyers to you by email and, if you choose, Slack. These terms apply to your account and to every domain you connect.
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 years old and may act for yourself or for a company you are authorized to represent.
Each account may connect up to 3 domains free of charge. If you need more domains, contact us; any paid offer will be agreed separately before it applies. We may change the free plan with at least 30 days notice by email.
You may only connect domains that you own or are authorized to manage. You confirm this by adding the DNS records we show you. You are the seller: any negotiation, price, transfer and payment are solely between you and the buyer. We are not a party to, broker of or guarantor for any sale.
You must not use the service for domains or content that infringe the rights of others (including trademarks), for phishing, spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose, or try to interfere with or circumvent the security of the service.
You are the controller of the personal data of buyers who contact you through your page. We process it on your behalf as described in the data processing terms in our Privacy Policy. You must use it only to answer inquiries about your domain and handle requests from buyers who exercise their rights.
If you use automatic DNS setup, you give us a provider token for that single operation. We use it to replace the A, AAAA and CNAME records on your domain and its www subdomain and to add our verification TXT record, after showing you the planned changes. We do not store the token. Other records are not changed.
You may delete your domains at any time in the panel, and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend a domain or account that breaches these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, delivery of every inquiry or a sale of your domain. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability for the free plan is limited to EUR 100. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. Contact: office(at)mindjoker.com.
