Mind Joker is the controller of the personal data of domain owners who use Domain Seller. Contact: office(at)mindjoker.com.
Your email address, the name or company name and optional address you provide, your Slack webhook address if you add one, your domains and their settings, sign-in records (hashed one-time links and session identifiers, with their timestamps) and the IP address of requests, kept in server logs.
To provide the service under our terms (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep it secure and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Your name and address are shown in the legal notes on your domain page so buyers know who they are dealing with.
Mailgun (email delivery), Slack (notifications, only to the webhook you verify), Cloudflare (security check and network protection) and our hosting provider process data on our behalf. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it. One-time sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days of inactivity; expired records are removed automatically.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to office(at)mindjoker.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
The panel uses two strictly necessary cookies: ds_admin keeps you signed in, and ds_link_requested (15 minutes) lets a sign-in link finish on its own in the browser that asked for it. The sign-in form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies to tell people apart from bots. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
For inquiries sent through your domain page you are the controller and Mind Joker is your processor (Art. 28 GDPR). We process buyer data (email address, language, IP address, user agent, time) only to deliver inquiries to you, protect the form and store the inquiries for you, and only on your documented instructions given through the service.
We ensure that people with access to the data are bound by confidentiality, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, use the sub-processors listed in section 4 (you will be informed of changes and may object by deleting your domain), assist you with buyer requests and data breaches, and delete the inquiries of a domain when you delete it or delete single inquiries on request sent to office(at)mindjoker.com. You may request information needed to demonstrate compliance at office(at)mindjoker.com.
